Adam Ware - Office Manager & Account Manager
Since commencing employment with BJS Insurance Brokers in 2008 Adam has become a well respected Insurance Professional. He has a great reputation among his client's and the community in general.
Adam has been the driving force behind BJS successfully negotiating a competitive insurance policy for Short Term Holiday Rental properties, a class of insurance that many Insurance companies consider too risky to offer.
Adam obtained his Certificate III in Financial Services in 2010 and completed his Diploma of Insurance Broking in 2012. Adam was then admitted as a QPIB Member (Qualified Practising Insurance Broker) of the National Insurance Brokers Association of Australia.
Outside of his working life Adam is married to Marni, enjoys travelling and is also a very keen footballer (AFL) and Cricketer.

Maddison Taber - Retail Account Manager
Maddison joined BJS Insurance Brokers in January 2011 and has quickly developed her career within the Domestic Insurance sector of the business and also within our specialist Holiday Rental department.
Maddison continually goes above and beyond her job requirements to ensure that our client’s are looked after in the best possible fashion, conducting her work with excellent attention to detail.
Maddison completed her Certificate III in Insurance Broking in 2012 and also holds her Certificate III in Business qualification. But it does not stop there for Maddison. She is currently undertaking study in order to advance her career within the Insurance Broking Industry.

Tenille Moren - Assistant Account Manager
Tenille started her career with BJS Insurance Brokers in early 2010 after previously working at the National Australia Bank. Tenille had worked in both the Domestic and Commercial areas of the business before joining the Holiday Rental department on her return from maternity leave.
Tenille holds her Tier 2 Insurance Broking qualification and is a key member of the Holiday Rental team. Tenille continues to receive positive feedback from client's for her polite manner and excellent customer service.

Emily Riley - Assistant Account Manager
Emily’s Insurance Broking career began in early 2012 from a slightly different background to most in the industry. Emily is a qualified Chef and Massage Therapist. However, after a year of travelling Europe, Emily was in need of a career change. With her friendly and positive attitude towards people from all walks of life, Emily was ideally suited to the Insurance Broking Industry, and it seems Emily has found her niche’.
Emily obtained her Certificate III in Insurance Broking at the end of 2012 and is now actively working in the Domestic Insurance sector of the business, and more recently with our Holiday Rental department, as an Assistant Account Manager.
